Note:

1) Important! Please scan the QR code in your device’s eSIM settings to download profile. Do not use your Camera or other APP to scan the code,it has to be done through your device’s settings.

2) Validity of eSIM QR code is 60 days, your eSIM has be added and activated at the data plan coverage countries within 60 days, otherwise it will be expired.

3) If problem during setup and activation, please contact your dealer with your eSIM order code, eSIM UID and screenshot of your eSIM QR code.

If you are using iPhone, do the following.

1. Setup Steps:

To add eSIM to your eSIM capable device.

1) Go to Settings-> Cellular/Mobile->Add Cellular/Mobile Plan

2) Scan your QR Code received.If you see a little pop up “Certificated Cellular Plan”, just click OK

3) Done! By default, your eSIM will be labeled as Secondary. Here you can also rename this new eSIM profile, we recommend you to rename its label as “eSIM-DIGI” to recognize easily.

2. Activation steps:

To activate your esim at the data plan coverage countries.

1) When arrived at destination, please turn on your eSIM “eSIM-DIGI”

2) Use your eSIM “eSIM-DIGI” for cellular data

3) Turn on Data roaming

4) To access internet, you may need to setup Access Point Name (APN)

Go to Settings-> Cellular Plans->Secondary->Cellular Data Network

If you are using Pixel , do the following.

1. Setup Steps:

To add eSIM to your eSIM capable device.

1) Go to Settings-> Network & internet -> Mobile network -> Advanced -> Carrier -> Add carrierr

2) Add carrier with a QR code received. If you see a little pop up “Phone number added”, just click Done.

3) Done! By default, your eSIM will be enabled. If your carrier status is “never been enabled”, follow the activation steps below.
